I don't know my ring size. What can I do?

We recommend that you visit a local jeweler or you can use a belt ring sizer like this one

When will my order ship?

Ready to ship items leave our studio in 4-5 days. If your piece is made to order please allow up to 3 weeks for production. Each piece is carefully handcrafted for you.

How do I care for my jewelry?

We recommend that you store your metal jewelry in a safe dry place. You can use the pouch or ring box provided to safely store your pieces. Depending on the material of your piece you might need to polish it every once in a while. More on the materials we prefer and how to care for them here.

My brass jewelry is tarnished. What can I do?

Brass is a zinc and copper alloy that oxidizes naturally. The oxidation creates a patina over the metal that turns it darker. To remove it use a polishing cloth. We recommend the Sunshine cloths.

Do you work on custom orders?

I occasionally work on custom orders. I usually do it on the slow season of the year. In general I ask for your ideas and work on them based on my personal artistic approach. All custom orders start in $150.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, leave me a note and I will add a bow to your gift order. All our pieces come in our branded pouches or boxes ready for gift giving. We also offer the option to add a personalized note to the recipient and we can ship the gift directly to your loved one. 

I'm on a rush. What can I do?

If you need your items by a specific date please contact us prior to purchasing. That way we can confirm if we are able to accommodate your order on time.

Can you repair my piece?

All our jewelry is handcrafted and should be treated with care. We want you to enjoy your pieces for a lifetime and we're available to repair your well loved pieces. Please contact us with all the details.
